This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit on the water and around town! The space 3 bedroom, 2 full bath townhouse on the water with private boathouse. Located in a quiet area on Carnegie Bay in Alexandria Bay. -10-15 minute walk to downtown Alexandria Bay with shopping, restaurants, bars and Scenic View Park with a playground and beach. -15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Uncle Sam boat tours to visit Boldt Castle. -Short drive to wineries, golf, mini-golf, boat rentals, boat tours, Clayton, etc. This unit has 1 Full bed in a private room downstairs and 1 Queen bed in the loft upstairs. 2 Twin beds in a private room attached to the loft bedroom. Full kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar. The living room is bright and sunny and has a balcony overlooking the bay with chairs and a small grill. Washer and dryer set. You can fit up to a 30 ft. boat in our private boat house on the ground level. You can also bring your fishing pole and fish right off the boathouse! The main entrance to our house is on the second level.
