Wing Feather with new Inground Pool

Escape to Wing Feather! 5k sq feet home nestled on 30 acres including a 40 x 16 heated saltwater pool and a fishing pond. Upstairs kitchen 4 bedrooms 2.5 R.R.s large living room and more. Downstairs you will find a 2nd kitchen 3 bedrooms , large game room and the swimming pool area ** Pool open around the 1st of May through October **POOL HEAT $100 PER DAY ** Please give as much notice as possible if you are wanting the pool heated The space Wing Feather is a beautiful spacious home in a country setting over 5k sq feet of living space two levels with two kitchens a brand new 16 x 40 heated pool a pool table arcade games and a new old school pinball machine and more! Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with king bed and full bathroom. Queen Bedroom with half bath and another Queen bedroom. One full bathroom, one office room (converting to another bedroom soon) currently has a pull out sofa bed. A full kitchen a large “sitting room “ that overlooks the property a living room and laundry room. All furniture and furnishings are brand new. TVs in living and 3 bedrooms. Downstairs you will find another kitchen two full sized bedrooms one king size Murphy Bed with tables for games one full size bathroom The game room with above mentioned items a small living room area with a pull out sleeper sofa and two sets of twin bunk beds. The downstairs door opens up to the fenced in in-ground pool with recliners a hammock style chair and a few water toys. I did leave 2 children’s life jackets just in case. Outside there is patio furniture and a propane bbq grill. I would not advise going to the pond but there is one on the property. Only accessible with your personal vehicle It was stocked a few years ago and I have no idea what is in or not in it currently. Snakes mosquitoes please do not allow minor's to go to the pond alone 14 guests is the max allowed- if you have more than this please be aware that there will be an additional charge if I feel there is enough room. 2025 I am not charging extra for pool heat as I have included that in my price If you are booking for a ballparks national game? Please contact me and we can talk about the cancellation policy as many times games get rained out or rescheduled and I would like to work with potential guests in this area. Reasonably close lodging for ballparks national is basically slim to none and is one of the reasons we chose this property ** No parties or venues without my approval *** Pool opens end of April to October. Pool heat is $100 per day 2026 I am going to allow the property to be rented out on a daily basis- weekdays only ** Are you thinking about hosting a small party for your child? Maybe from 11 am to 4 pm? Do you have a group of friends or employees that would like to lay by the pool and swim for a day? Are you with a group of ball players from National Ball Park? Maybe your group would like to swim after a long hot day? Just a couple of my ideas Rules will apply and there will be a maximum amount of guests but nicer than renting the “City Pool” here in Camdenton This property rents out every weekend but not every weekday. I strive for happy guests and wonderful memories I have worked extremely hard to get the ratings that I have and I ask if you have any issues while visiting that you at least give me a chance to make it right before leaving anything less than 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Guest access There is a two car attached garage and endless parking available A 25 x 35 in ground salt water heated pool new for 2025 There is a pond on the property but I do NOT suggest you use it. The walk is long sometimes the weeds are tall. It is impossible to keep the field mowed during the summer. Ticks chiggers mosquitoes snakes and Lord only knows what else is near that pond Snakes possible too There is an EV level 2 charger for GMC on property I provide beach towels and some flotation devices Plus an electric inflator and a couple small life jackets Other things to note Weddings, Parties, Venues are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. If a venue is granted the price will be 3xs listed amount. Not enough Outdoor sapce to make a wedding work to be honest. This has been tried in the past and did not turn out well at all. Beds - Upstairs 1 King 2 Queens 1 sleeper sofa 6 Total Beds Downstairs 2 twin bunk beds I full size 1 King - Murphy Style 1 Sleeper Sofa 9 Total 15 guests is the max If you feel you can comfortably fit a few more in the house ? If you have smaller children- let me know **** If you are asking for an early check in- I cannot guarantee this but if I can make it happen there will be an extra fee. Check in is at 4 pm If you are asking to check in at 2 pm - $40 , Noon - $80 additional fee will be charged I have several pool toys there and an electric inflator a couple of smaller life jackets and some random items I have supplied beach towels for everyone- please ensure all beach towels are left at the house to ensure no additional fees The pond is off limits * If you are hesitant about booking for a national ballpark tournament- please reach out and we can discuss. I know sometimes games get canceled so let’s see if we can work something out so you will potentially feel more comfortable booking for a game Pool heat is now an extra $100 per day. Pool is available May to October 1st (weather permitting) November through April 31st the pool will be closed and the price per night will be as listed Feel free to reach out if any questions or concerns I only want happy guests! No lifeguard on duty - There is an alarm on the downstairs door that opens to the pool area Message before you arrive and let me know if you would like to add pool heat during your stay $100 per day No parties or venues of any kind without prior approval If I were to grant a party or wedding venue unfortunately the price will go way up due to the cleaning and amount of people *** There are a few places on the outside double glass pane - I am aware of this and please do not worry about me thinking your group caused this damage. Most people take pictures and send to me for their own protection- It’s been 3 years and I have never yet charged a guest for any type of damage I would love to keep it that way I strive for Happy Guests- if you arrive and something has been overlooked?
