During the summer, enjoy the large community pool and children's pool, surrounded by grass, with a bathing area and a children's play area right in front of the house. Pets are welcome, so the whole family can enjoy themselves to the fullest (always with prior notice, Max 2 dogs). Comfort and style inside Upon entering the house, you will find a spacious living room with a fireplace and chaise lounge sofa, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring nature. The inverter air conditioner keeps the temperature perfect year-round. The fully equipped designer kitchen includes an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, Tassimo coffee maker, water heater, toaster, sandwich maker and full kitchenware, to prepare your favorite dishes with ease. The ground floor also has a full bathroom, providing comfort and functionality to your stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms • Master bedroom: 135x190 cm bed, inverter A/C and TV with FireTV. • Second bedroom: 135x190 cm bed and fan, ideal for a cool and relaxing atmosphere. • Access to the main bathroom with a large and private hydromassage shower. Environment and arrival The house is located in the most exclusive and quiet residential development of El Ronquillo, surrounded by nature and hiking trails. Free parking right at the door, a porch with a woodshed and a front patio with a chill-out area welcome you and prepare you to disconnect from the moment you arrive. Everything is designed for you to live a unique experience of comfort, tranquility and connection with nature, perfect for resting and enjoying Andalusia in its maximum splendor. Guest access 🏠Access, common areas and rules Access to the house is via a key box, the details of which are provided to the guest on the day of check-in, offering a comfortable and flexible check-in. 🏊 Pool (common area) The pool is for common use within the villa and will be available to Luna House guests: • From June 1 to September 30 • Schedule: • Mornings: 11:00 am – 2:30 pm • Evenings: 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm Pets 🐾 Rules Pets are allowed, but the following rules apply: • Must always remain under the supervision of their owners. • Dogs are not allowed in the pool area. • Pets cannot climb onto beds/sofas for hygiene reasons. In the event of non-compliance, extra cleaning charges may be claimed. 🌿 Natural neighborhood Luna House is located in a natural environment surrounded by countryside and vegetation, so it is normal to find occasional insects, especially at certain times of the year. This nature offers tranquility, routes and a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for those looking to disconnect without giving up the proximity of Seville. ‼️No smoking inside the house. In case of non-compliance or smoke detector going off, a penalty of €50 will apply. Other things to note ⚠️ Additional important details • Pets: Pets are allowed, but you must always notify us in advance. Maximum two dogs 🐾. • Heated Jacuzzi: Available year-round. • In winter, it must be heated at least 6 hours before use to reach the maximum temperature of 40°C. • Warm-up time may vary depending on the ambient temperature. • Improper use, or altering the water in breach of the rules on conservation or products, will incur additional charges for cleaning and replenishing the water. • Fireplace and barbecue: Firewood for the fireplace and charcoal for the barbecue are not included. • If you host additional people without prior authorization, a penalty of €100 per night and per additional guest will be applied.
