Upon arrival, you have free parking at the door of the house, a porch with a woodshed welcomes you, followed by a front patio with a cozy chill out, a perfect corner to relax from the first moment. Upon entering the house, you are greeted by a spacious living/dining room with a fireplace, where the warmth of the fire envelops the atmosphere in winter, while the inverter air conditioning ensures a pleasant temperature throughout the year. A comfortable chaise lounge sofa invites you to rest after a day exploring nature, creating the perfect space to relax or enjoy a movie. On the ground floor, you'll find a full bathroom that adds comfort and functionality to your stay. The designer kitchen, fully equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, Tassimo coffee maker, water heater, toaster, sandwich maker and full kitchenware, allows you to prepare your favorite dishes with ease. Upon exiting to the main courtyard, a heated Jacuzzi available year-round, with temperatures up to 40 degrees, invites you to immerse yourself in an experience of absolute relaxation. Under an awning illuminated with solar lights, a chill-out area, a large barbecue and a wooden picnic table create the perfect setting for unforgettable evenings outdoors. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a cozy space with a 135x190 cm bed and inverter air conditioning to ensure your rest. Right next door, the spacious and comfortable master bathroom with hydromassage shower provides the privacy and comfort you need. The second room, equipped with another 135x190 cm bed and fan, is perfect for those looking for a fresh and relaxed atmosphere. If you travel in summer, you can enjoy a large community pool and a children's pool, surrounded by grass and with a bathing area. Here, pets are welcome and children have everything they need to have a safe, pleasant and fun stay since right in front of the house you will find a park area and children's games. Everything is ready for you to live an unforgettable experience, where comfort, tranquility and nature combine to offer you absolute rest. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, patios, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and common areas. No smoking inside the house, in case of non-compliance or smoke detector going off, a penalty of €50 will apply. Up to two dogs are allowed, at no extra charge, with prior notice. The Jacuzzi is available year-round. Its use is strictly forbidden on rainy days and/or thunderstorms for safety reasons. You should know that we are in a natural environment surrounded by countryside and vegetation, so you should understand that if you find any kind of insect it is completely normal. Other things to note We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. You must communicate it beforehand.🐾 No cats allowed in the accommodation. Our Jacuzzi runs year-round.
