Welcome to a comfortable home in beautiful upscale Magnolia. It is located 2 blocks from Discovery Park - the largest city park in Seattle and a few minutes walk to Magnolia village where you’ll find shopping, grocery, coffee shops and restaurants. We are a few minutes drive to Pier 91 - the cruise ship port, and a quick 10-15 minutes drive to downtown Seattle and Ballard locks. Host lives in the home with a small chug named coconut. There’s always free parking in front of the home. The space The room is on the main level of a 3 story, 5 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms home. Your en-suite bedroom has cherry-wood queen bed and private bathroom with shower. There are 2 more bedrooms on the main floor, (one used as an office, the other is another guest room), there is a spacious living room with fireplace, main dining room, large kitchen with informal dining, and a guest bathroom with tub and shower. It has hardwood floors throughout. The upper floor is a master suite occupied by the host. The lower level is a fully finished basement with another bathroom. I have a 29 year old son who’s a software engineer. He is currently exploring the world as a digital nomad. Otherwise, he’s a frequent visitor. Guest access Access to a beautiful backyard, sunroom and kitchen. During your stay I am easy going and always available by text or call. Or in person when at home.
