A new 60 square meter apartment in a quiet and safe residential area in Flamingo Vlei, close to the beach, airport, golf course and city center of Cape Town. It's the perfect getaway for an unforgettable vacation, offering comfort and privacy. Mesh 50Mbps Fiber Internet. The space "Salty View" is a spacious apartment on the first floor of our guesthouse with a private entrance. The unique interior was selected carefully to create a homey place with holiday vibes for our guests. Sustainable and locally manufactured pieces have been chosen, mostly made of solid wood or other natural materials. The eye-catching artworks which are created by the owners and the love for details give this place it's particular charm. LIVING ROOM and KITCHEN: The huge and cosy couch is perfect for snuggling up in the evening or taking a nap during the day. It also easily comforts two people for a good night sleep (extra sheets are provided on request). At the dining table four people find place to enjoy a home cooked meal or South Africa's famous wines. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, sink, gas stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and barista coffee machine. Basic amenities like pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and other kitchen utensils are also provided. BEDROOM and BATHROOM: The spacious bedroom offers a king extra length bed (180x200cm), a commodious wardrobe and a chest of drawers. A cosy fauteuil with a matching side table along with useful block out curtains complete this room and leave nothing to be desired. Directly accessible from the bedroom is the spaciously laid out bathroom with an open shower, wash basin, illuminated mirror and toilet. Basic amenities like towels, toilet paper and soap are provided. The solid wood furniture together with the jungle style decoration and large number of plants make you feel deeply connected with nature. But the absolute highlight of the room is the unsurpassed view of Table Mountain which can be enjoyed after waking up in high quality linen. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the whole apartment "Salty View" (private entrance, living room with kitchen, bedroom with en-suite bathroom/toilet).
