The space The property has the enjoyment of main street access and parking on the east side. On the west side in the back yard guests can enjoy more privacy, nature and the sunset as in drops below Radio Ridge. Each level has a bathroom as well as an outdoor viewing deck for comfort and pleasure. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire cabin. Guests have EASY ACCESS to parking (no 4 wheel required) Parking is directly off the main paved county road ( Mount Lemmon Highway) and is plowed during times of snow. Other things to note The cabin is enjoyable year round with easy access from Tucson and the best location in town. ‼️‼️‼️🌲🌞🌄⛰️🩵🐿️‼️‼️‼️ Summer Water Curtailment Fees: $50 for over 200 gallons $150 for over 300 gallons $250 for over 400 gallons ( We get charged $1,300 by the Mount Lemmon water district for high usage and only get a certain allotment of gallons for the month. The water district will send us alerts for high use and they have power to shut off water connection , possibly permanently, if we go over. Just be super water cautious!)
