Laguna Breeze Cottage is a beautiful newly renovated 3br/2b cottage located within a short walk to the Emerald Coast! The Carousel Food & Wine market, Thomas Donuts, Rosemary Beach, 30A and Pier Park are close by for fantastic shopping and restaurants. Evenings in you can enjoy a full kitchen with new appliances. Outdoors is a large wraparound deck that spans the length of the rear of the house and is loaded with sun loungers, dining table, chairs and umbrellas for shade and relaxation! The space Our coastal beach cottage has 3 bedrooms! A king with en-suite full bathroom and 42” tv, 1st guest bedroom has a Queen bed and 42” tv and full size bed in the 3rd bedroom and a guest full bathroom both bathrooms have complimentary soaps, shampoo/conditioner, body cream, and small baskets of goodies should you forget your toothbrush etc., 8 towels and washcloths. Washer and dryer with complimentary pods. Our dining area can seat up to 8, full kitchen with bar stools for extra seating and new appliances, paper plates, cups, plastic silverware and napkins for your convenience. Relax in the comfortable cozy living room with large tv, basket of games including monopoly, jenga, chess/checkers, uno and cards. Wrap around deck with outside dining area, Sun beds and Adirondack chairs and umbrellas, BBQ gas grill and cornhole! Guest access Full access! Other things to note You will be a short walk to the Emerald Coast (public beach access #79) The Carousel has a full grocery store with on site butcher, wonderful gift shop and amazing wine selection, is 0.7 miles away. Back Beach BBQ 0.5 miles. Thomas Donuts (also serves lunch, dinner, ice creams) 0.9 miles. We are conveniently centrally located within 5 miles of both Pier Park to the east and 30A to the west! Golf cart Rentals are a 2 minute drive. You can rent all size golf carts and slingshots! Laguna Beach is a golf cart friendly community!! It’s the perfect way to get around, go to the beach, go to pier park or simply enjoy wandering this gorgeous slice of paradise!!
