The Game Room Cozy Haven's centerpiece is a one-of-a-kind 3-in-1 convertible table that transforms from a dining table for six into a full pool table or ping pong table. Add in a full library of board games and card games, and you have a built-in entertainment lineup that keeps the group together and the good times going whether it's noon or midnight. The Kitchen The open-concept kitchen was built for group living. A massive quartz island seats six and becomes the natural hub of every morning and evening -- coffee runs, mimosa setups, group meals, or just hanging out while someone cooks. Stainless steel appliances, a dedicated coffee station, and ample counter space make cooking for 10 genuinely easy. Guests also have access to a nearby community pool located about half a mile from the home. The pool is typically open February/March through September and operates daily from 6:00 AM to 9:30 PM. A key card provided at the home will be required for entry. Just beside the pool, you’ll also find a community dog park and playground, perfect for guests traveling with kids or furry companions.
