Casa Nornore: Different and full of nice touches

Casa Nornore is a complete and independent house, with its own parking at the door, in Piedrafita de Jaca, a small and quiet town in the heart of the Tena Valley. Renovated with a carefully designed interior, it is equipped with numerous details for children and adults. From the front door, you can go out on hiking trails and, just minutes away, enjoy the ski resorts and the nature of the Pyrenees. At the end of the day you will want to come back to this warm and cozy house! The space The house has typical architecture. It is an old block renovated in 2023 with a cozy interior and very well-kept decoration. Spend some unforgettable days here in this quiet and cozy mountain house. Walls and natural wood floor. It has an integrated kitchen dining room, full bathroom and two bedrooms: one with a double bed, and one on the top floor with two 90 cm beds (with the option of asking to join them with bedding and topper to form a large King king bed of 180 cm, see for this possibility). Blackout curtains in the bedrooms. There is the option for me to host a fifth guest in an extra bed under surcharge included in reservations of 5 people (see detail so that we clarify where to locate it). We also have 2 free cots and other baby accessories (upon request, high chair, bathtub, changer, rocking chair, and more ask us!) Ideal for families, children will have availability of toys, children's library with books in 5 languages. (We also have adult books and mountain guides). Also we have several board games, some extras if you ask us. In summer, cool off with the windows open all with roller screens on all the windows including the door. Fans with remote control in all rooms. In winter feel the warmth and feeling of magical refuge in the mountain thanks to the heat of the flame of the indoor fireplace (automatic pellets, with pellets available without limit) and additional automatic electric radiators. Guest access Full house available with a separate entrance. Free patio and private outdoor parking at the door of the house. (With type 2 charger for electric cars available to guests for exclusive and free use). You can request covered parking at a cost of 20 euros per night. (It also has an EV charger) 5 Bicycles of various sizes. Bicycle storage. Ski storage and boot dryer. Private garden with a small table. Many things if you come with babies, some to request (free). On days of heavy snowfall you may not be able to park in the house's parking lot. We will let you know if this is the case, and you would have to park in the public parking lot, which is steps from the house (about 100 meters). Other things to note It is a very quiet village, with stone houses and slate roofs. It is quiet at night. From the house itself, you can walk to many trails, some of which are easy for children, and you can even climb to the summit of the Peña Telera at 2,764 m or go canyoning, cycling, etc. The village has a playground 150 meters from the house. From Casa Nornore, you can even walk or ride our bicycles to Parque Faunístico Lacuniacha. Beautiful nearby villages, with many activities and events that we will make sure you find out. It is close to 2 ski resorts (Panticosa, 10 minutes away, and Formigal, 20–25 minutes away). It is important to know that in Piedrafita de Jaca there is no supermarket or bakery, but you will find a 10-minute drive. Yes there are three restaurants. In winter when the road has snowed and the streets of the village are cleaned very early. With heavy snowfall you may not have the parking lot of the house, but you could park in the public parking lot that is steps from the house. In summer the town is a pleasant temperature when cooling in the evenings, in front of villages at a lower height.
