The space Durban is a diverse and colourful city and the entire apartment reflects this. This large happy comfy upscale work-live bedsit has good light, great vintage furnishing, lots of original artwork. The room adjoins the super eat-in kitchen. Two baths and two loos means minimal sharing. Comfort a priority. WiFi and great light. Lots of privacy. Very comfy. Great space. Soon as one turns at the busy street corner one enters the quiet residential cul-de-sac we're situated in. The location is super-convenient. The neighborhood watch is friendly, vigilant and great. Guest access Super-convenient for universities, Berea hospitals, Musgrave, ICC. Uber to beach in 10 mins. Well-equipped kitchen at your disposal. Walk to corner convenience store for provisions. Or walk 10 minutes to Glenwood Village or 15 minutes (slow walk) to Musgrave Center. Durban has lots going on. Ask and I can point you to resources. For example, a Durban's Top 10. During your stay I like my privacy. I expect you like yours. But I am upstairs, know Durban well, and am open to communication if and when needed. Before the young Canadians, a cool Kenyan man lived in this room for three years completing his PhD. This means the environment is laid back and pretty quiet. Makes for a nurturing quiet respectful space.
