In this district you can find a variety of fun furniture shops, trendy designer shops, great coffee-shops, super cozy cafés and restaurants, bakeries, the best wine stores in the Netherlands. The choice of restaurants in this district is extremely diverse, from an authentic Indonesian cuisine to dutch bitterballen. There are also high end restaurants located at a walk distance. The house is central and at walking distance from the city center with all the main tourist attractions. The house has undistrbued view of the royal stables and palace garden. An other advantage of the location is its short walk distance to tram stop Mauritskade. Tram 1 passing from Mauritskade stop has direct access to Scheveningen beach and even tourist favorite Delft!
