The space Our cozy lake cottage is meticulously designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. It features brand new appliances, comfortable beds with fresh bedding, stylish furniture, and modern TVs, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The backyard is a perfect space for outdoor gatherings, with a firepit where you can gather around and enjoy the warmth of a fire. We provide a complimentary bundle of firewood for your convenience. Additionally, there is a grill available for your use, along with an outdoor patio table and chairs. The side deck is furnished with comfortable lounging furniture, providing a relaxing spot to enjoy the company of your family and friends. For entertainment, we offer a variety of games, including corn hole, chess, checkers, giant Jenga, and a plain deck of cards. These games are perfect for creating fun-filled moments during your stay. The bedrooms are designed with your comfort in mind, featuring queen-size beds, suitable work areas, and 32" wall-mounted Smart TVs. The modular sectional in the living room can accommodate an additional two guests. Each bedroom is equipped with extra blankets and closets with hangers for your convenience. The fully stocked kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and all the necessary dishes, utensils, blender, toaster oven, slow cooker, glasses, and pots and pans for you to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals. Additionally, we have a new washer/dryer available for your use. The house is filled with beautiful natural light, creating a bright and airy ambiance. The living room features a 55" Smart TV where you can relax on the couch and enjoy your favorite movies or shows. We have also added an electric fireplace in the living room to enhance the cozy atmosphere. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided, and the Smart TV comes pre-installed with popular streaming platforms such as Netflix, Hulu, and Prime TV. Please note that you will need to provide your own logins for these services. We provide linens, towels, pillows, and blankets to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests. However, there is a designated area outside for smoking. *Please be aware that due to contact free check-in and for safety reasons a security camera is mounted to the front and back of the house with voice and video recording capabilities. Other things to note For contact-free check-in and enhanced safety measures, we have installed cameras at the front, side and back of the cottage. Although we warmly welcome children, please note that the cottage is not childproofed. It is the responsibility of the guests to ensure the safety of their children. Kindly note that refunds are not offered for cancellations due to weather or COVID-19. We acknowledge the uncertainty of these times and advise purchasing travel insurance with comprehensive cancellation coverage. However, it’s important to arrange travel insurance independently.
