Step outside into the large, flat, and abundantly green backyard space that can be enjoyed right from your room. Third bedroom is located across the hall from the master (perfect for kids) and has a futon that folds out into a queen bed. This room also has a desk and can be used as an office if needed. While Lions Bay is accessible by transit and we are located only a short walk from the bus stop, it is highly recommended to have a car to be able to take full advantage of everything the area has to offer.
