Cozy up in the garden-view suite, complete with a Queen bed, located in a private room on the lower level, and enjoy the peaceful ambiance, watching the birds play right outside the beautiful wood French doors + sidelight. Step outside into the large, flat, and abundantly green backyard space that can be enjoyed right from your room. Third bedroom is located across the hall from the master (perfect for kids) and has a futon that folds out into a queen bed. This room also has a desk and can be used as an office if needed. Sleeps 5 comfortably: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 futon (queen), and also has a pull-out couch (double) if needed. *** Please let us know if you will require the pull-out couch so we can leave bedding *** 2 Smart TVs included in the home: main one located in the living room (includes basic cable + Netflix), 1 in the master bedroom (includes Netflix only). Please note Netflix can only be viewed on one TV at a time. Flat backyard with plenty of additional space to spend time or for kids to play. Covered parking for 1 vehicle onsite, plus additional driveway parking available if needed. While Lions Bay is accessible by transit and we are located only a short walk from the bus stop, it is highly recommended to have a car to be able to take full advantage of everything the area has to offer.
