Our cottage awaits you for a peaceful stay with exceptional views of the massif and the surrounding countryside With a capacity for 2 to 4 people, this cottage is ideal for spending time with friends or family. Numerous activities such as: • Hiking, mountain biking, skiing (alpine, cross-country, snowshoeing), trails • Textile tourism (factory outlets) • Restaurant, cinema, museums • Festivals: - FIG -fantastic'art - Musée de l'Imagerie d'Épinal - triathlon - Venetian festivals The space 58 m2 accommodation. 3-star rating On the ground floor, the living room with its comfortable living room with a TV area. The wood-burning stove will give you a cocooning atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen and its dining area (induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher). A dressing room will serve as storage. The 2nd bedroom for 2 people in 2 beds of 90x190 with storage and extra blankets and pillows. All beds will be made with 1 duvet and 1 pillow per person. 1 bath towel is provided per person. A second toilet for extra comfort, especially at night. Games and books and a giant mikado are available to relax on big cushions, with a pleasant view of the beautiful Romanesque church. In good weather you can enjoy the terrace equipped with a barbecue and an awning to protect you from the sun. You will have the opportunity to play a game of pétanque on the parking driveway (pétanques are not provided) On request: high chair, baby bed. Guest access You have the entire accommodation and private parking. You will arrive by a path authorized only for residents. In front of the building, enter the driveway to the left of the sign (gite brimbelle). Park at the back of the driveway. Other things to note We ask that you do not wash your work clothes in the washing machine. This one is reserved for everyday use. 2 laundromats are available 5 min away. In order to keep the accommodation healthy and for your health, an ashtray is available outside in front of the cottage. It's best not to bring food to bedrooms. Electricity We ask for reasonable electricity consumption (16 kWh per night in winter, 10 kWh per night in summer), a surcharge will be requested at the end of the stay in case of excessive consumption. The house is new, well insulated.
