Backyard, large roof deck with sun umbrella, gourmet kitchen with extended dining area, two full floors and two full bedrooms. Please note there is a unit on the first floor, but you'll be very comfortable and have an amazing home base to explore Brooklyn, Manhattan, and NYC. The space Two floors, two upstairs bedrooms and a large adjoining deck with furniture. The master bedroom sleeps two comfortably, as does the guest room. Guest access You're free to use anything on the two floors, the first floor is occupied by friendly tenants but please respect their privacy.
