The space The apartment is on the 1st floor of a noble palace that overlooks a canal. It is very spacious (about 200 sq. metres) and the ceilings are very high. It is composed by a hall with frescos, living room with frescos and furnished with ancient furniture (no heating only in this room), dining room with fireplace (that can not be used in Venice), very large kitchen (with washing machine and TV), passage which leads from the hall to the 2 bathrooms (just with WC and cold water), to the kitchen and to the bedrooms. Then, there is a single room, a double room with many wardrobe, 1 bathroom with tub and hot water and a very spacious room with view on a canal, furnished in Venetian style with twin beds and a piano. A double-bed could be located both in the living room (in summer) or in the dining room (in wintertime). No air-conditioning. MAX 6 people. Location The apartment Cà Zen is located in one of the most popular and typical area of Venice: Cannaregio Quarter. As a strategic point of passage between the well known Rialto Bridge and the Island of Murano, this area has grew up in a very characteristic way: it actually abounding in shops of Murano glass and little traditional “Ostaria”. It is situated at only 3 min from the luxurious Palace Cà d’Oro with the water-bus stop, and 2 min from Fondamenta Nuove where is possible to join the northen islands of Venice: Murano, Burano and Torcello If you arrive by plane the best way to get to Palazzo zen is to take the boat 'Alilaguna', which leaves from the airport (see time table and fares at (URL HIDDEN) you must go down at the 'FONDAMENTE NUOVE ' stop .
