The space This 16th-century Catalan farmhouse sleeps up to 17 guests across 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, set on a sprawling private estate just 35 minutes from Barcelona. The entire property is yours — no shared spaces, complete seclusion, and room to spread out whether you're gathering three generations or celebrating a milestone with friends. The real draw? Bedrooms & Bathrooms Five bedrooms feature double beds, perfect for couples or those who appreciate extra space. One room has a single bed, and another offers bunk beds — great for kids or solo travelers. Two foldable single beds and two cribs are available on request for an additional fee. With 7 full bathrooms throughout the house, morning routines stay smooth even with a full house. Living, Dining & Kitchen The farmhouse gives you multiple places to gather or steal away. A large dining room anchors the interior, while the fully equipped kitchen — complete with a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and all the cooking basics — makes group meals easy. Several living areas offer space to lounge, work, or simply enjoy the character of the original stone and timber. Outdoor Amenities Step outside and the estate unfolds: a large, unheated swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, changing rooms and outdoor facilities, a covered porch with dining for the whole group beside the barbecue, and a glass-enclosed pergola that adapts to any weather. Adults can explore the mulberry tree garden, forested paths, a rustic bar, and even a private chapel dedicated to St. Andrew, accessible only with prior approval. If you are planning to bring any external vendors (catering, animation, music), we need you to notify us beforehand, and additional charges may apply. - The price shown on the booking platform applies for up to 17 guests. - The house can accommodate an additional 18th and 19th guest for a supplement of €30 per night, per person. - External visitors are welcome during the daytime, and there is an additional supplement of 20€ per visitor, per day. Guests are required to inform us in advance of the total number of external visitors they expect at the property. The maximum guest and visitor capacity is 100. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. - Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the accommodation is not allowed, and the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited.
