This is a guests house located at the back of our property The space The Casita has 2 bedrooms with very comfortable queen beds. The 3rd bedroom is a large loft over the bedrooms that has 2 inflatable queen beds (5” mattress topper makes them very comfortable). Full kitchen, full bathroom with Shower, toilet and sink (no tub). Each room has its own heating/AC to allow each guest to control their own temperature. Bedrooms get ice cold! Dark walnut slab island that seats 6. Outside bar seating for 8 people and 2 separate lounge area both with fire pit. RESORT STYLE POOL—AMAZING POOL (23’x34’ sport pool. Entry steps on both sides, 3ft deep on each sides and 5 1/2’ ft deep in the middle. Use it until it’s gone (tank should last 6-8 hours) Note: We live in the main house and love it when people get to enjoy our casita and pool. Please treat our property with care and respect. We may use the pool and spa occasionally as well during the heat of summer. Of course we will make extra efforts to give you privacy when you’re using the pool and spa . If you would look full pool privacy we will definitely respect your privacy. Just let us know. Guest access Guest will enter through front courtyard gate. The courtyard side of the house has a sidewalk that will take you all the way back to the casita. No access through the big wood side gate. Just follow the white signs with arrows that will lead you to the backyard Other things to note No extra Guests allowed. If they are not listed under the original rental agreement they are not permitted to enter the property. Any guest not listed at the time of booking will be be charged $50 per night per guest up to a total of 8 guests. $200 per night per guests over the maximum 8 guests. Having more than 8 guests is a rule violation and guests may be asked to leave. $75 pet fee. 2 dogs small/medium dogs allowed and must be under 20 lbs only each. Absolutely no cats! Owner is responsible for any damage caused by dogs (includes chewing, urine, poop and excessive hair shedding). No dogs allowed on furniture or beds. Please bring doggy bed and we have a large kennel for them if you need to leave them there while you go somewhere. Dogs are NOT allowed to roam around freely if you are not there to supervise them. Be aware that the loft requires you to climb a ladder. Please ensure the safety of anyone climbing or using the loft. Please do not leave small children unsupervised in loft. Safety net installed to close off loft. The loft beds are inflatable queens with built in pumps to inflate or deflate to your comfort. The pumps are located at the headboard wall insides the mattress. Under the sheets you can feel the dial to turn either way. Giant bean bag in loft for lounging. We have installed 5” memory foam matters toppers for the inflatables to make them more comfortable. Special Note: we live in the front house and may occasionally use the pool and spa when guests are not using the pool. Of course we will make every effort to provide you privacy when you are enjoying the pool and spa. However, if you feel you need complete privacy in the pool area during your stay, please note this upon booking. No Boom boxes or loud speakers permitted.
