Other things to note *Maintenance & Cleaning: - Our grounds team maintains the property on Mondays, keeping the pools, gardens, terraces, and rooftop clean and beautiful. - Housekeeping service is not included during your stay, but we’re happy to arrange a mid-stay cleaning upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee. *Home Location Notice: The home is conveniently located just 4.5 km from the beach and less than 2 km from downtown (centro). Calle 7 Sur, only 1 km away, offers a great selection of dining and nightlife, with even more to discover downtown just a short ride further. For the best experience, we recommend arranging transportation, whether by bicycle, scooter, ATV, or rental car, and we’ll be happy to share our local vendor recommendations. *Tulum Environment Notice: It is important to note that Tulum is at sea-level with a lot of mangrove and jungle, this means that like most tropical areas, you may encounter mosquitos and other little creatures outside and on rare occasion, inside the home. None of these critters target humans and are part of the natural environment. Should a guest have concerns about this, Tulum should be re-considered as your vacation destination. *Local Environment Notice: In all parts of Tulum, occasional construction may occur on nearby streets. While this part of La Veleta is generally very peaceful, birds, dogs, roosters, horns, bicycle vendors and neighbors are all capable of generating noise. Guests should not expect complete silence 24/7, anywhere in Tulum. *Important Utility Service Notice: In Tulum (and throughout Mexico), electricity is provided by the federal power commission, and occasional outages can occur without notice. These are typically brief, but during any outage, water flow and internet service will also be affected since they rely on electricity. Please note that internet is offered as a complimentary amenity and, as with all services provided by local utilities, occasional interruptions may happen. By reserving this property, you acknowledge and accept these factors, which are outside of our control. *Pool Notice: Our pools and plunge pools are not heated and do not function as a jacuzzi or hot tubs. They are designed for cooling off and relaxing in Tulum’s warm tropical climate. Please be aware, you will see our pool team servicing all of our pools and surrounding patios Monday through Saturday. Also, the pool filtration system will run on a set timer and will circulate a few times each day. *Guest Information Notice: Airbnb requires that all reservations accurately reflect the number of guests at the time of booking. Our pricing is based on occupancy—similar to how airlines price tickets—so the number of travelers must be correct when you reserve.
