Stylishly decorated throughout, this quaint cottage is surprisingly modern – particularly in the two wet rooms with shower and WC, one of which is an en-suite. Adjoining the central area is a spacious double bedroom, complete with patio doors for a little fresh air and birdsong in the mornings. The patio area itself is in front of the property and includes a charcoal BBQ, plenty of greenery and outdoor dining furniture for dining alfresco. A day trip to the nearby town of Tiverton comes highly recommended, a little further than the local village but still conveniently close at 7 miles away. Shops, pubs and restaurants are found along Tiverton’s canals and museums and historical sites like Knightsbridge Court can be found locally.
