Everything you need is here! This private studio apartment is in a cozy home for long or short stays! Our studio apartment is newly renovated and has it's own private entrance in front of the driveway! Your outdoor area will come with tables and chairs and even access to the pool when you let us know ahead of time! The space Inside you have a spacious living room that comes with a Queen sized Murphy Bed that can be stored away for more space! A Queen sized Pull-Out Sofa bed that can sleep 2, and a 4K 43" Roku TV Connected to reliable internet! The kitchen is equipped with a stove-top, oven, toaster, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishes, pots and pans. The bathroom was made to impress! Light a candle and relax in the marble tub with a snack or drink! As always we store clean towels after each guest. And if there is anything missing, please contact us 24/7 so we can assist you at any time. Other things to note Please note that your space is completely private and no one else will have access to your studio. The house itself hosts other tenants that will respect the quiet hours from 11-7am. You can expect to hear a little movement since they are on the second floor and please inform me if you need assistance with anything!
