We look forward to welcoming you! 🌸 The space Welcome to our charming guest house – a place for relaxation, community and nice moments together. Here you live comfortably in a pleasant environment with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The guest house has a fully-equipped kitchen and a bright open-plan living room, perfect for both cooking and relaxing. There are two bedrooms: • Bedroom 1 has a comfortable double bed (160 cm), plenty of storage and practical hooks. • Bedroom 2 is equipped with two single beds, a wardrobe and a desk. For our youngest guests, there is both a travel bed and a high chair to borrow. Bed linens and towels are included during the stay. You make your own beds. The bathroom is fresh and functional with shower, toilet and sink. There is also a combined washing machine and dryer. Detergent and hand soap are on site for your convenience. Outdoors, there are good opportunities for recreation and barbecues. Barbecue available – please bring your own charcoal or briquettes (only these are allowed). Directly adjacent to the accommodation there is also a smaller lockable storage room, perfect if you have bicycles or other equipment with you. Only 75 meters from the property runs the river Lagan. Here you will find a jetty, the possibility of fishing and boats that you are welcome to borrow. In the area, there are also nice barbecue areas where you can enjoy nature and tranquility. Warm welcome! 🌿 Guest access During the period April to October, there is a possibility to borrow both a rowboat and a pedal boat – perfect for quiet trips on the river and nice moments on the water. The boats are shared with our guests at the pitch on the property. For those who want to experience the river at their own pace, there is also the possibility to rent a canoe on site – please let us know already at the time of booking if you are interested. At the common jetty there is a bathing ladder for lovely, cooling dips in the river Lagan. There are also good opportunities for fishing for those who want to try their luck (fishing license is easily solved via the iFiske app). Along the river there is room for both play and relaxation – swing, sandbox and badminton nets are appreciated by both adults and children. For pleasant meals outdoors, there are two barbecue areas that can be used all year round. A perfect environment for nature experiences, tranquility and quality time together 🌿 Other things to note Charging station for electric car 17 kWh.
