The accommodation is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, whether you're travelling for holidays, work or a weekend away. Here, you'll find comfortable beds, a practical kitchen and a cosy space to unwind after a day of adventures. We look forward to welcoming you! 🌸 The space A warm welcome to our charming guesthouse – a place for relaxation, companionship and lovely moments together. Here, you will stay comfortably in a pleasant environment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The guesthouse has a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room with an open-plan layout, perfect for both cooking and relaxing. There are two bedrooms: • Bedroom 1 has a comfortable double bed (160 cm), plenty of storage and practical hooks. • Bedroom 2 is equipped with two single beds, a wardrobe and a desk. For our youngest guests, there is both a travel cot and a high chair available to borrow. Bed linen and 1 set of towels are included during the stay. You make and unmake the beds yourself. The bathroom is fresh and functional with a shower, toilet and sink. There is also a combined washing machine and dryer here. Laundry detergent and hand soap are provided for your convenience. Outdoors, there are good opportunities for recreation and barbecue evenings. A barbecue is available – please bring your own charcoal or briquettes (only these are allowed). There is also a small lockable storage room directly adjacent to the accommodation, perfect if you have bicycles or other equipment with you. The Lagan River flows just 75 metres from the accommodation. There is a bathing jetty, the opportunity to fish and boats that you are welcome to borrow. There are also nice barbecue areas in the area where you can enjoy the nature and tranquillity. Here, you share the space with our guests at the motorhome parking area and other accommodation units. A warm welcome! 🌿 Guest access From April to October, there is the option to borrow a rowboat – perfect for calm trips on the river and lovely moments on the water. The boat is shared with our guests at the property's mooring. For those who want to experience the river at their own pace, there is also the possibility to rent a canoe on site – please let us know at the time of booking if you are interested. At the shared jetty, there is a bathing ladder for lovely, refreshing dips in the Lagan River. There are also good opportunities for fishing for those who want to try their luck (fishing licenses are easily redeemed via the iFiske app). Along the river, there is space for both play and relaxation – a swing and a sandpit that are enjoyed by young and old alike. For pleasant outdoor meals, there are two barbecue areas that can be used all year round.
