To date, the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Bourg 3 km away. Port de Vannes 15 minutes by car. Other things to note A CCTV camera is installed at the entrance to the property. It makes it possible to verify compliance with the number of occupants stipulated when booking. Any additional undeclared persons (or animals) will be charged extra. External visits will be requested on an exceptional basis. The house must be returned in the same condition as on arrival. For the pool, a person will come to do the maintenance 1 or 2 times depending on the length of the stay. For short-term rentals (weekends), it is possible to have a late check-out (if the house is not rented afterwards) for a fee.
