Very central, close and well connected to all important places in Zurich: Airport, Bellevue, Lake, River, Züriberg, ETH, everything! By walk: 2 Minutes to Tram/bus stop, 12' to the City center and/or the central train Station, , 7' to Unispital or ETH (University). Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Bakeries, Restaurants for in-dining as well as take-aways around the corner. Nice and peaceful neighborhood, perfect for walks, rund, chilling, a good nice sleep. The space The apartment is in a residential area. The available bedroom is setup for single use, although the bed is convertible into a queen-size. Very comfortable and pleasant space to chill or work as well as get good nice sleep. Guest access I'm also living in the apartment. Shared Kitchen: You're welcome to use the kitchenware, cutlery, etc. for small preparations like heating up, coffee, tea, toaster, microwave and small oven use and not for massive cooking. Some cabinets are marked for personal use just by me. Quiet times are 22:00-7:00, this includes use of the shower/bahttub. You can use your computer and TV in your room anytime, please use a headset during the quiet times. If you need an exception, please inform me in advance, I'll be happy to find a solution.
