Welcome to La Dolce Vita Courtside. This well-appointed and spacious guest house is found on a large plot surrounded by tall trees in the strikingly beautiful town of Albany. There is so much to see and do on our door step, or just stay in and enjoy some restorative time in a sanctuary which has been thoughtfully created for travelers, adventurers and nature lovers alike. The space La Dolce Vita Courtside has been lovingly converted from a tennis club room to a serene fully self-contained 'Tiny Home' which can comfortably sleep 4 people. The open plan style of the apartment is best suited to couples, young families or good friends - especially if they enjoy a game of tennis! Previously a cavernous shed which operated as a tennis club break out room, La Dolce Vita Courtside is located on a semi-rural property just 5 minutes from Albany's Port. The shed has been architecturally restored and reborn as a rural sanctuary. Fully insulated, reverse cycle heating/cooling, and a newly fitted security screen door will ensure you are toasty warm in the winter and stay cool in the summer. With electric blankets fitted to the beds you can rest assured you’ll have comfort across the seasons. If the mood and weather align, the undercover deck is a lovely spot for your morning coffee or an afternoon drink. Inside, the shed provides a moody and cozy space for a quiet night or slow morning. The Great Southern is known for it's quality produce and if you are a 'Gourmet Traveler, (or Foodie), you will have every thing you need to whip up a delicious meal. Be enchanted by the brightness of the stars in the night sky, marvel the lush green spaces amid a vibrant town, learn about the rich history of this West Australian hidden secret, hike the nearby trails or simply enjoy the view from inside! Soak up all that this thoughtfully designed space has to offer, reconnect with nature, country and your self at La Dolce Vita Courtside. You are welcome here. Guest access The guest house is completely separate from the main home, sharing only a large rear back lawn with the home owners. Their affectionate black toy poodle will probably introduce himself and want to check on you occasionally. You are welcome to interact with him and the owners, but will otherwise be left in peace. Self-check in details will be sent within 24 hours of the expected arrival day. Guests have access to a full size tennis court - you are welcome to use the tennis rackets on site or BYO. Other things to note We have all amenities here to survive your first morning after arrival - coffee, milk, tea, butter, bread and jam... and also some pantry basics like salt, oil and vinegar.
