The 60 m² apartment can accommodate 3 people. The apartment has an open living and dining area with adjoining kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a children's room and a spacious bathroom with shower and corner bathtub. A balcony with seating and a free underground parking space are part of the apartment. Other things to note The cozy apartment with covered, furnished south/west balcony, just minutes from the lake, offers you everything you could possibly want for a nice vacation, so you can feel right at home. Living room with smart TV, Wi-Fi, radio/CD. Through the living room skylight you can enjoy the view of the Tannheimer mountains and Neuschwanstein Castle. Fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, egg cooker, and a cozy dining area. The spacious daylight bathroom is equipped with a beautiful corner bathtub as well as shower, toilet and hairdryer. An underground parking space and a storage room for your bicycles (without electricity connection) are available free of charge from April to September in the in-house underground garage. From there you can easily reach the staircase. From October to March, it is possible to park your car on the street in front of the house (dead end). The total price includes final cleaning and linen and towels. If you spend more than ten nights with us your vacation, you can get a free towel and bed linen change.
