Tooting Bec tube (northern line) is a 10 min walk, Tooting Broadway &, Balham are 15 min walk & bus stop 2 min walk # 319 to trendy Northcote Rd, Clapham junction, river at Battersea & Chelsea. The space Large lounge/diner/ Kitchen is located just off the lounge Use of washing machine OK Small patio with table and 2 chairs overlooking the road and woods Bedroom has 1 wardrobe, 2 bedside drawers, lamp and a place to store luggage. The bed is as a large single 4ft in size. From your window see a hedge and trees. The road and pedestrian sidewalk is about 10ft away from the apartment so you will see people walking (only their heads from above the hedge) but they cannot see into the apartment. Guest access Lounge/diner/kitchen/patio and own private bathroom. You may cook in the kitchen, eat at the dining table and watch TV in the lounge During your stay I live here, but not I am not always at home. l respect your privacy but if you fancy a chat or recommendations about London I'll be happy to oblige..... Other things to note The apartment is about 10ft from Church Lane, during the daytime you will hear only car traffic (no trucks or buses) and it's busier during peak hours 7am -10am and 4pm -7pm but the TV and music lessons the noise. From about 11pm - 6am you wil hardly hear any noise (hardly any cars)
