The upstairs suite has a loft with great views, bathroom and bedroom with a queen Caspar mattress on an adjustable bed frame. Raise it for great views! There are two bedrooms on the main level: The Heron's Nest is the larger bedroom furnished with a comfy chair, reading light, desk and a large closet. It has a new queen Caspar mattress on an adjustable bed frame. The cozy Blue Bird room has a full size bed, a comfy sitting chair and desk. Welcome! As you enter the home through the sun room you are greeted with an expansive view of the downstairs layout: two sitting areas in the sun room with access that flows into the kitchen and/or dining room. A beautifully appointed home with a bar height dining room table and bar for dining. A fully stocked, petite kitchen awaits you. Start your morning with caffeine or decaf coffee and or tea provided. The kitchen has a new Samsung Refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, and a new Danby smooth top ceramic stove with an air fryer oven. Two nice size decks for relaxing, catching up, dining, and enjoying the beautiful outdoors! The driveways: Driveway 1 - 66 ft of gravel from the street to the grass and 56 ft. additional grass parking Both with slight sideways tilt. Driveway 2 - Paved driveway 45' Guest access No pets. PLEASE BE ENERGY CONSCIOUS Other things to note The staircase to the Hawk's Nest upstairs is quite steep and could be hard on someone with knee problems or unsafe for children. The staircase is a reason that we state this property is not suitable for young children. There is a folding futon mattress in the closet in the Heron's Nest room with sheets. Two extra dining room table chairs located in the downstairs Heron's Nest bedroom.
