It is ideally located in the area of Bonfim, in Porto, with easy access to the main tourist areas of Porto. The space This spacious 5-floor house is ready to comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. It offers a total of 4 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a private 1 place garage with a laundry area, a hot tub room, and an office. Each bedroom offers a private bathroom (4 in total) and a service bathroom is also available between the kitchen and the living room. As a cherry on top, a private interior garden completes the space. All floors are accessible by stairs. There is also a lifting platform available from the lowest floor to the 3th floor (please note house rules). The bedroom arrangements are the following: - Two ensuites with queen size - beds and private bathrooms. One of them is located in the 4th floor and offers a private balcony. The other one is located on the 3th floor. - One ensuite bedroom with two single beds that can be comfortably converted into a double bed, located on the 3th floor. - If you travel with your family and you wish a room dedicated for your children, you can count on an one-bedroom specifically designed for children with a funny bunk bed and a convertible sofa-bed, located on the ground floor. This bedroom was designed to create a more private space for you. A Nintendo Wii is available for the little ones to enjoy their stay while you have your own "serenity" time. :) On the second floor, the pleasant living room with two sofas, as well as a television of generous dimensions, is the natural space for socializing, having the space and necessary conditions to reunite all those who are logged in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances required for a pleasant stay - dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, magic wand, mixer, electric kettle and toaster. On the upper floor (4th), a private room was converted to an office. This space offers you the privacy needed for that video call for work or the quietness required to write that essay :) On the garage level (1st floor), we prepared a laundry area, where a washing and drying machine is available, as well as other utilities needed such as iron. On the ground floor, you will have access as well to the hot tub area and the garden. The house has Wi-fi, cable TV and a lifting platform (be aware of user instructions). All rooms offer central heating and cooling system with fan coils. Bed linen and towels are provided as well as toiletries. Guest access Guests have access to all the divisions and amenities of the 5-floor house. Other things to note For nomad travelers, this is an office-ready house. It offers an excelent wifi conection, throughout the house and a speed test result of 90.65 Mbps for dowload velocity and 86.31 Mbps for upload velocity. The living room is very spacious for you to work with your colleagues/employees with a large table and two comfortable couches. For those who enjoy to chill a little between work, the garden offers the perfect space to do that 10 minutes power break and refill your energies.
