Seaside 1930s villa

The house is located in a beautiful location with walking distance to several swimming areas (beach, rock pool and jetty). Around the corner is an old mushroom forest and a walk away is the Kalvön Nature Reserve and Bokenäs Spa. By car, you can get to Lysekil, Fiskebäckskil and Grundsund. To Fiskebäckskil, it takes about 20 minutes by car and to Gothenburg about 75 minutes. The house has two terraces and a balcony with evening sun.
