Spacious private room in welcoming flat only 5 minutes walk to the start of the West Highland. Offering free Wi-Fi , on street parking , tea/coffee, snacks & morning cereal ,towels & toiletries. Only 5 minutes walk to Milngavie shops , restaurants, and the train station, which takes you direct to Glasgow city centre or the West End (20mins). Double occupancy is an additional + £7 per night plus Airbnb service fee. NB. Female guests preferred as I will share all common areas with you . The space You will stay in the spacious guest, double bedroom (3.44m x 4.5m x 2.9m) facing the front of my two bedroom ground floor flat. You will have a comfortable double bed ( 1 bed -135 x 190 cm) with fresh sheets and bedding. Extra duvets will always be available. There is room for luggage and fitted wardrobes should you need to store your clothes overnight. Tea /coffee and biscuits are available when you feel like it. Bikes can be kept outside in my locked store room beside my own and your car parked free nearby , in the street. The house has received many compliments for its tasteful and homely decoration which makes for a relaxing overnight stay. Guest access Your bedroom should have everything you need for a comfortable stay and you are more than welcome to share the common areas of kitchen and living room and of course , bathroom During your stay I love to share my knowledge of Scotland's geography and history with guests and happy to make myself available to help you throughout your stay Other things to note As we share the close with other residents smoking & vaping is not allowed in the area.
