Perched atop a hill, the house offers stunning mountain and coastal views along the PR Eastern coastline, stretching from Ceiba to Maunabo, weather permitting ;) The house has 3 bedrooms and full two bathrooms.: (One bathroom is common and one is inside one of the bedrooms) We now have solar power, water storage, and Starlink to keep you safe and connected) Bedroom 1 (12x15): features two Queen-sized beds with new Casper Select mattresses, a ceiling fan, smart TV, and a smaller full bathroom (please note the unique slanted ceiling above the toilet). Bedroom 2 (11x12) offers a King-sized bed with a comfortable Casper Select Mattress, a ceiling fan, and a smart TV. Bedroom 3 (9x12) features a Queen Size Bed, fan The living area boasts a 65" TV with Roku and Surround Sound. For remote work or personal use, there's a dedicated workspace with strong WiFi (and Starlink) and dual 27" monitors (HDMI/USB-C). The entire house, including the roof space, has a robust WiFi signal (WiFi 6 Mesh System with Starlink Satellite Internet) and smart lighting. The nearest beach, Playa El Cocal, is just a 7-minute drive away. Feel free to ask about a good swimming spot. Also, a few minutes away is Maunabo, featuring a beautiful lighthouse and black sand beach. Other things to note Just a quick heads-up: the neighborhood roads are in good shape, but there are a couple of narrow and gently sloping stretches on the way to our driveway. Nothing to worry about unless your tires are really worn out or your vehicle is more than a bit underpowered. We've thrown in a photo to give you the scoop. For the most part, it's a smooth ride for the average vehicle, but just wanted to give you the heads-up. **Please ensure your rental vehicle is powerful enough—especially if you're traveling with four or more passengers. A compact car like a Kia Rio may struggle with the ascent when fully loaded. It’s usually fine for two people with baggage but 4 is too much when it only has 140HP.
