The apartment offers approx. 40 m² arranged across split levels connected by internal steps. The living area includes a sofa and Smart TV. The bedroom features a box spring bed (160 × 200 cm). The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. The bathroom includes a shower. Due to internal steps, secure footing is recommended. The spa area with sauna and warm whirlpool can be booked in exclusive private time slots. Guest access Guests have private access to the Ankerplatz, including the living and sleeping area, kitchen, and private bathroom. Access is provided via a key safe, allowing for flexible and independent arrival at any time. The garden is accessible and offers several quiet places to sit and relax. Free Wi-Fi with a stable and reliable connection is available and is also suitable for longer stays or remote work.
