Very close to Randolph AFB (7 miles from south gate), Downtown San Antonio (25 minute drive), Ikea in Live Oak, TX. (20 minute drive), New Braunfels, TX. (25 minute drive), San Marcos, TX. (30 minute drive), Seguin, TX. (20 minute drive). The space Fully furnished home has 4 bedrooms 5 beds counting the sectional couch in living room that is a pull out full size bed, 1 bedroom is a dedicated office with desk and office chair to study, 3.5 bathroom. Master bedroom has a king size bed and smart Roku tv, one room upstairs has a queen and attached bathroom with the office room, other two private rooms upstairs have full size beds and shared large bathroom next to them. Laundry room is also upstairs and a lounge area with a smart tv is upstairs as well. Kitchen (regular coffee and Keurig available), dining room and living room with smart tv are downstairs. All tv's have popular apps built-in as well as HDMI connections for your personal external ROKU or Firestick to connect. Centric Fiber is the wifi for the home that can connect multiple devices.
