The space Welcome to your ideal woodland retreat! Our charming chalet is the perfect destination for friends and families seeking a serene escape surrounded by nature. Nestled in the woods, this home offers a tranquil atmosphere and a range of fantastic amenities. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty with a 6-person hot tub, a sprawling wrap-around deck ideal for both entertainment and stargazing, and an inviting main area filled with ample windows to let in the soothing natural light. This cozy chalet boasts three spacious bedrooms, a bonus room with a comfortable twin daybed with a trundle bed underneath and two well-appointed bathrooms. You'll find every corner of the house designed for your utmost comfort, with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and central air for ideal temperature control. Perfect for accommodating large groups of up to 10 people, our driveway can conveniently fit up to four cars (with four free car passes included). And don't forget, we're pet-friendly with a $75 pet fee per dog (maximum 50lbs), as long as they're well-behaved, crated when unattended, non-shedding, hypoallergenic and house-trained. **We've got your essentials covered:** We provide 1 paper towel in the kitchen and laundry room, basic condiments like salt and pepper and some other spices, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner,3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, and 1 extra garbage bag per bin (both in the kitchen and bathrooms). Plus, we supply pillows, comforters, sheets, and a one towel and one wash cloth per person Here's a breakdown of the bedrooms and amenities: **Main Floor:** - **Master Bedroom (Equipped with a KING SIZE BED, a smart TV, alarm clock with USB port, a light-up vanity for makeup, ceiling fan, and AC/HEAT ductless unit. We also have a pack n' play and an infant toddler feeding seat in the closet. - **Bedroom 2:** Features a queen bed, a smart TV, alarm clock with USB port, ceiling fan, and AC/HEAT ductless unit. **Bathrooms:** - **Bathroom 2 (Main Floor):** Full bath with a bathtub & shower, and a hair dryer. - **Bathroom 1 (Lower Level):** Another full bath with a bathtub & shower and a hair dryer. **Living Room:** Enjoy two comfortable sofas, bench, a smart TV, and a propane gas fireplace (with AC/HEAT multi-split unit). **Kitchen:** An open-concept design with stainless steel appliances, a designated work area with a small desk, and seating for 2 extra people at the peninsula. We provide a Coffee Maker, Keurig, Coffee Pods, Toaster oven, Crockpot, Microwave, Blender, George Foreman Grill, Air Fryer, Kids Cups, Kids utensils, ice cream scoop, basic utensils, Pots and pans, Wine Glasses. **Dining Room:** Connected to the kitchen and living room, with a dining table that comfortably seats 6-8 people. **Deck:** A fabulous wrap-around deck featuring a grill, a table with 6 chairs and an umbrella, outdoor lounge chairs, and fun party lights. **First Lower Level Floor:** - **Bedroom 3:** Offers 1 queen bed and twin bunk beds, accommodating up to 4 guests. This room features a smart TV, alarm clock with USB port, ceiling fan, and AC/HEAT ductless unit. - **Bonus Room (Essentially a 4th Bedroom):** Equipped with a Twin Day bed with a trundle, a Smart TV, an arcade game with 10 games, a Wii entertainment system with over 10 games, and a selection of board and card games. It also has an AC/HEAT ductless unit and a ceiling fan. **Laundry Room:** The washer and dryer are available for stays of 1 week or more. We also provide an iron and ironing board. **Backyard:** Situated on a large 1-acre lot filled with trees and wildlife. Enjoy activities like Corn Hole, a Fire Pit, Adirondack Chairs, and a Deer Slick for up-close deer sightings. **Side Yard:** Experience ultimate relaxation in our 6-person hot tub surrounded by ambient lighting. **Policies:** - The primary guest must be 21 or older and present throughout the stay, with ID verification upon booking confirmation. - Security cameras are in place for security and liability reasons. They are located outside the house ( driveway, entry points, and outside steps to the house) not inside. - No smoking, fireworks, glitter, or confetti allowed. - Quiet hours from 11 pm to 8 am to respect the neighbors. Any noise complaints will result in immediate reservation cancellation with no refund. - We kindly request that you treat the home as if it were your own. - Please dispose of garbage in the designated garbage compactor. If trash is left behind $25 per bag charge. - Check-in instructions will provide addresses and hours of operation. Guest access Smart lock- self check-in Other things to note ** NO PARTIES! **NOTE: MUST AGREE TO COMMON HOUSE RULES PRIOR BOOKING. FINES OR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELED NON- REFUNDABLE IF NOT FOLLOWED** - MUST be 21 or older to book the home. IDs (driver's license) will be required from main booker once a booking is confirmed. - We will request IDs for security purposes ONLY (privacy assured). HOA rule. -We need vehicle information to register with the community and get your car passes. This is required by the HOA. - A welcome e-mail will be sent through Airbnb message requesting the information above. We need this information as soon as possible so we can get you registered with the community. The HOA applies a Late registration fee of $60 if we do not have your information 48 hours prior to your arrival. The renter will cover this cost unless the reservation occurs within in this 48 hr window. - There are security cameras outside (front, side, and backyard. For security and liability purposes only). - No smoking anywhere inside ($500 FINE) - No fireworks ($500 FINE) - Quiet hours are from 11 pm-8 am- Respect the neighbors. - Respect the home like it was your own. - Be aware of wildlife on the property: plenty of deer and occasional bears and foxes. - Do not leave any garbage outside whatsoever. Animals including Bears will tear up the bags. - Damages upon arrival and during your stay MUST BE REPORTED. Upon booking we send you an email requesting information to register you with the community, I need the following information promptly: 1. Your full name and drivers license photo ID 2. Your current address 3. Phone # and email address 4. How many cars in total? (4 car maximum- free passes) 5. License plate #, state, make, model, color, and year (everyone's car that is coming). We send you the address and door code the morning of check in. Without the above information you will not have access to the property. We need this information 2 days prior to your arrival. The HOA charges $50 fee for late registration.
