Welcome to the Caddis Shack – Your Ultimate Mountain Retreat on the Toccoa River! Just minutes from the GA/TN Border and the town of McCaysville & Blue Ridge GA. The Caddis Shack is a hidden gem nestled along the picturesque Toccoa River, offering you a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The space Enjoy the river views from the river deck and firepit or the wrap around deck with gas grill and large screened porch of the home all featuring POLYWOOD Adirondacks. Firewood is provided. Inside the cozy cabin you will find a kitchen with stovetop, microwave and refrigerator and dining space. In the living area you will find two couches with one that pulls out to a double sleeper. There are also board games and a 65" smart TV in the living space. There are two bedrooms (one queen and one full) and one full bathroom. Whether summer or winter you will want to enjoy the outdoor experience this cabin offers. Guest access Entire home and property Other things to note Living Room:  Smart TV, Games, 1 Sleeper Sofa available (Linens and pillows for sleeper are available.) Kitchen:  Complete with Microwave, Refrigerator, Induction Cooktop.  Keurig with Pods and Creamers included.  (No dishwasher but paper plates and cups provided if preferred, no oven). Fire Extinguisher under sink. Washer/Dryer:  Stackable Washer and Dryer, Laundry Detergent, Pods provided. Gas Grill:  Brand new gas grill on wrap around deck with propane included. Smart TV:  Direct TV Streaming (Live TV) and Netflix provided.  All other apps you would need to use your own login.   Fire Pit:  Firewood provided.  Try grilling on the grate for that true cowboy experience. River Access:  Boat ramp right next to river deck for any guests bringing canoes, kayaks, or wade fishing on our own.  Alcohol:  Recommend stopping at the Walmart or package store in Blue Ridge prior to venturing to the cabin. McCaysville and Copperhill restaurants offer alcohol but nearest place to buy wine and beer is at Raymond's Copper & Curve in Copperhill, TN. Trash:  Trash Day is Monday.
