Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located just 4 miles from downtown Main Street in the city of Hendersonville. This 1 and a 1/2 year old new construction, 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home is close to town, yet tucked away from the noise and right next to Bullington gardens in Hendersonville. Centrally located and close to a lot of wonderful things Hendersonville has to offer , but also a wonderful place to spend if you're just wanting some quiet down time relaxing. The space BRAND NEW 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home built in 2023. recently finished end of October. You will arrive at Rhododendron Branch after driving down the gravel drive. There is plenty of parking for guests in gravel parking area right outside of the house. You will be parking at basement level of home. Guest will need to be able to climb stairs to access bedrooms in this house. All bedrooms are located on top floor in house. The door that you will use to access the house is located between the downstairs patio and garage door. it is a keypad entry door. Inside space: upon entry, the entryway will include a game table area with board games and a full bathroom with bath tub. around the corner on same level , there is a ping pong table and a foose ball table. There is also a large sectional couch and a TV. After climbing the stair case, at the top to the right is the laundry room that is available for guests to use. to the left is the open floor plan kitchen, dining, living room area. Kitchen is equipped with items for basic needs regarding cooking/baking meals. seating for 4 at kitchen island and seating for 4 at dining table. Living room has a couch and love seat and a electric fire place with a TV, The Master Bedroom has a full bathroom with bath tub inside of it. bedroom has a King bed, and TV. In the closet there is a Pack n play, high chair, a baby sit me up chair, baby swing, baby walker, and a baby bouncer seat, if there is any need for it. There is also a box fan, iron, ironing board, extra pillow and blanket in the closet. The second bedroom has Queen bed with a TV as well. There is a box fan and extra blanket in the closet. There is a Full bathroom with bathtub that sits between the queen bedroom and the bunk bed room. The third room is the bunk bed room. There is two sets of bunk beds in this room. one twin over twin bunk bed and one twin over full bunk bed. there is a box fan and extra Blankets for the beds in the closet. Outside space: If you're not rushing off to sight see and you have some down time, please feel free to relax and enjoy all of the outdoor amenities that our place has to offer. Guests will have access to entire property/grounds outside including Newly grass seeded yard. there is a lower level yard that has a small creek which lines the property and is perfect for the kiddos to play in or if you just want to sit and relax, there is a screen gazebo down by the creek with a porch swing and table inside. If walking down to the creek is not for you but you want to enjoy the outdoors, there is a outside patio downstairs with a propane fire pit and seating area, along with a hot tub and propane grill and grilling accessories to use. There is also a outside Deck upstairs that has outdoor seating with table , rocking chairs and outside fan. Guest access Guests will have access to all of the Inside and outside of house and property except for Garage , a small closet upstairs in laundry room, and a small closet in basement. These willl be locked and for the hosts use only. Other things to note This house is located near woods and a little creek. It is common to see some wild life outside, including snakes can be a possibility. We also get a lot of wild turkey and deer too.. house is brand new built in 2023 and is treated for pests and insects but because of location you can occasionally see a stink bug or lady bug especially depending on the season. Just in case you are not used to this area of North Carolina, this is something to note.
