With two lofts and a master bedroom, we can host up to a family of 6 while exploring all that Nakusp and area has to offer! The space Our 2-acre property is natural and rustic while the tiny house is chic and modern. This large tiny house boasts 392 square feet of space and all the simple basic luxuries of home. You’ll experience minimalistic living at its finest and take pleasure in the fine details. Other things to note We are 10 minutes outside of Nakusp in the community of Summit Lake. It takes less than 30 minutes to drive to Nakusp Hot Springs. You can walk to Summit Lake within minutes or drive to the Provincial Park day use area in one minute. The Nakusp to New Denver Rail Trail goes behind our property and the Summit Lake Ski Hill is just a minute away as well. This is a 4-season retreat with activities to do all year round including biking, swimming, fishing, nordic and down-hill skiing, golfing, snowshoeing, hiking and hot spring-ing!
