Luxurious and decorated suite with desk and wardrobe. Nice and quiet area. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place near to the train station, bus stop and Brixton. The space Wonderful and modern suite. The house is a brand-new construction. The en-suite bathroom is extremely modern, featuring an excellent and private shower solely for guests. The room also includes a desk, perfect for office work, a chair, a super comfortable King-size bed, always with clean towels, and top-notch service. I personally ensure everything is spotless and in the best possible condition. The location is close to several bus lines that provide quick access to Brixton. We also have the train station from Streatham Hill to Central London, only 15 minutes away. We're just a few minutes away from Brixton underground station ( vitória line) with easy access to Clapham, Balham, Wimbledon, and other areas. It's a fantastic area. The property is in a condominium very close to High Street, where you can find numerous restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and bus lines. Guest access Guests are invited to use the communal areas of the house. The kitchen can be used in moderation, where you can have breakfast and prepare quick and easy meals. The living room and garden are also open for everyone to enjoy. Other things to note Guests have access to not only the private bedroom but also the shared bathroom, as well as the living room, kitchen, garden, and outdoor area. The kitchen can be used for tasks like reheating food in the microwave and other quick preparations. Just like the other communal spaces, the kitchen should be kept clean and organized, with all utensils returned to their original places after use. Guests are allowed to use the communal areas of the house, but not spend the entire day in the common areas, as the house accommodates other guests and we need to exercise consideration. Most of the time, guests should stay in their rooms. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere within the premises. This behavior may result in the cancellation of your reservation. Bringing any non-registered guests into the house is not permitted. Guests will be required to provide proof of identity. Towels are changed once a week.
