Here is the family apartment where we spent many happy holidays, furnished with love,which preserves our memories.Consisting of 2 bedrooms, living room and lounge, antebathroom & bathroom, equipped with all comforts. It's 50 meters from the cable car and the SPA, convenient for excursions in the area. At ground floor of the building there are shops, cafe, restaurants, minimarket and touristic office. It's on the 3rd floor without lift. Reserved parking if availabile.Linen provided. The space The apartment consists of: -kitchen with electric hob, oven, fridge, toaster, microwave oven, pots, crockery, utensils, moka coffee maker, placemats, bins for separate waste collection -living/dining area with comfortable storage benches (where there is an iron and ironing board) and 5 chairs -large living room with 6 armchairs and tv -corridor that separates the living area from the sleeping area -2 bedrooms both with wardrobe (1 double, 1 bunk beds with 4 beds), -practical bathroom with sink, washing machine, extractor, -bathroom with sink, bathtub with integrated shower, bidet, toilet, extractor fan, additional infrared heater. First Aid kit, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothesline, vacuum cleaner, cleaning tools, sled for fun in the snow! In the double bedroom there is also an additional electric radiator, it can be useful out of season, when the centralized system is turned off. The closed wardrobe parts store our things. On the ground floor there is an unsupervised ski and boot storage room. Guest access The location of the apartment is very central. The part of the building in which it is located is the closest to the cable car, just 50 metres, and when there is heavy snowfall you can reach the house with skis on! To dedicate yourself moments of true relaxation, in any season, simply cross the road and access the Peio Spa Terme. In winter you can enjoy the large ski area, and in summer you can go hiking or make interesting excursions and trips in the Stelvio National Park. Peio Funivie also has interesting subscription packages to access the Folgarida/Marilleva area which can be reached in half an hour by car and even allows you to reach the slopes of Madonna di Campiglio. The apartment, which is located on the third floor without a lift, is entirely available to guests. In the drawer of the entrance furniture there is the appropriate "pass" to be displayed on the dashboard of the car to park in front of the building in the dedicated area, if free. Other large car parks - also for a fee - are available in the area. At the moment l'appartamento does not have wi-fi. Other things to note I would like to remind you of the obligation to provide guests' documents for registration at the Trento police station. Our guests can take advantage of the Trentino Guest Card which offers free or discounted access to many activities, including museums, castles and parks, easy advance booking by skipping the queue, free travel on all public transport in the area, as long as the routes have origin and destination in Trentin. Just provide us with the necessary data to have it! The Airbnb price does not include the "tourist tax" that guests will have to pay on site equal to €1,00 per person, (children up to 14 years exempt), up to a maximum of 10 nights. Other restaurants and bars nearby, a delicious pastry shop, a well-stocked "Speck house" / butcher's shop in via del Fontanino, not far from the waste sorting area, sorting that we warmly invite you to follow. Don't forget that the Stelvio National Park means love for nature and the environment.
