With 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms (8.5 baths), every bedroom features its own private bathroom with an elegant floor-to-ceiling tile shower. Enjoy two distinct living rooms, both with 85" Smart TVs. The main level living area has oversized picture windows for soaking in ocean views, while the third-floor space includes a full wet bar and refrigerator. Property Layout: Main Floor: Features a gourmet kitchen with dual refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers. The adjacent oceanfront dining area seats 26. This floor also has a spacious living room and one bedroom. Second Floor: Home to five bedrooms. Two are oceanfront king suites with direct porch access. The other three include two rooms with two queen beds each and one with a single king bed. Third Floor: Offers a large oceanfront living space with a wet bar, a grand oceanfront bedroom with two king beds, and another bedroom with two queen beds. Each floor opens onto a spacious balcony. An elevator is available, providing easy access to all floors for guests, luggage, and groceries. The only exceptions are three small closets which are reserved for owner's storage and will be locked.
