Come visit the country! This tiny house is set back in our field on our 55 acre property. This home is surrounded by the country, rodeo horses are kept right next to our property and are a common sight. We also often see, wild turkeys, and deer. There are walking trails on the property as well. The location of this tiny house is excellent, 9 min drive to Norris Lake, or hop on the interstate and be in Sevierville in 45min. The space This may be a "Tiny House" but it has all the convinces of a full size home. The kitchen features a table top bar with barstools, as well as all essential appliances. Don't forget the Coffee, there is a fully stocked Keurig Coffeemaker. The living room, which is open to the kitchen, boasts a fireplace, smart tv and comfortable leather couch, where you can relax after a long day out in nature. Just down the hall is the Master Bedroom, it features a full size bed and large closet. Turn down the other hallway, and you will see a new LG washer and dryer to the left, and across is the full bathroom. It features a full-size tub and shower. To the right of the bathroom is the second Bedroom, it features a built-In triple bunk bed. These bunk beds are so cozy and each one has their own reading light. Five guests can sleep comfortably in this tiny house. Guest access The whole place is yours and you will have access to walking trails and outdoor lounge areas as well. depending on the season we have gardens, and firepits as common areas. Other things to note The parking is Ample so if you have a trailer or a large vehicle we can easily accommodate you.
