Beautiful and comfortable one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Sofia, with a view of the National Palace of Culture (NDK). It sleeps up to four and is an ideal base for those visiting for business, vacation, or both. · One bedroom with a double bed · Two separate workspaces (in different rooms) · Large living room with extendable double bed sofa · Large, fully equipped kitchen · Parking space · Plenty of wardrobe space The space Recently refurbished, the apartment is located in a 1950s building. You can find some old artifacts from that time that we’ve kept. The bright and spacious living room has high ceilings and large windows overlooking one of Sofia's iconic buildings, the National Place of Culture. The palace itself is a cultural symbol of Sofia and is worth visiting My spacious living room offers a comfortable work area, and I can provide you with an additional monitor if needed; just make sure you ask for it in advance. There’s also a 43-inch smart TV in the living room. You can use Netflix, YouTube, or other apps with your own account. There is plenty of storage in the entire flat where you can unpack so that you don’t have to live out of your suitcase. Free parking in the backyard of the building is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are at least three paid public car parks in the area (2 minutes walk from my home). Street parking is two hours max. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the whole apartment. Other things to note Super-fast WiFi is available throughout the apartment. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. The flat is on the fourth floor without an elevator. Please note that we don't provide breakfast, but tea, coffee, sugar, and basic condiments such as cooking oil, salt, pepper, etc. are supplied. There's a convenience store nearby for any other groceries you might need. Please be aware that the flat isn't suitable for parties or large gatherings. After 9:30pm, please keep the noise level at a laptop volume.
