INQUIRE about 2026 GRADUATION WEEK (special terms apply) The space The private entrance to this newly finished out basement is secluded and separate from the 1st floor where your hosts live. There are NO shared spaces. Think of it like a Duplex... but instead of side by side, it is top & bottom. You have a comfy living room with an oversized leather sectional, a full double vanity bath w/ fully tiled walk-in shower and 2 well appointed bedrooms with King Tempur-pedic beds. (a 3rd bedroom is available upon request) & additionally, 2 more guests can stretch out for the night on that oversized sectional. That additional bedding is provided in the linen closet. *The walk-in shower, extra wide hallway and 36" wide doors make this an exceptionally easy property to navigate if you are on crutches or a walker. *There are 5 steps down to the private entrance of the property, but once you are in....it's all easy peasy. Please let us know if you are in a wheelchair. We can provide no stairs access thru the garage for you. ***Also, please know that the cleaning fee helps us pay special attention to deep cleaning and sanitizing your space for you. All door handles, faucet handles, linens and dishes are sanitized between guests. All linens are washed with non-scented products. There are water bottles in the cabinet for you to HYDRATE while you are out and about. All plastic storage items are BPA free and no noxious chemicals are used in the spaces. Guest access Guests will enjoy the entire finished basement of this home, outdoor seating and dining areas. There is a trailhead, just a 3 min walk down our street, which leads to spectacular vistas along our community trails. Private parking for 2 cars is adjacent to the main driveway. It's the perfect "home away from home", even if I do say so, myself. :-D Other things to note *This is a remarkable community, with very friendly people. So, should you take a walk along our trails, don't be shocked when you are greeted by our neighbors with their 2 legged and 4 legged "kids". *We ask that you are respectful of our rules and keep your smoking/vaping outside. *Should you need recommendations for restaurants, shopping, dispensaries, etc. please do not hesitate to ask. *If you need laundry done, there is a 'wash and fold' /self serve laundromat just down the street, about 1.5 mi. You can do the laundry yourself, or drop it off & they will do it for you. We highly recommend the April Lavandaria ! *The stand up table is perfect for working on your laptop. If you need something different, we have options. *Although there is no A/C in our home, the fact that the lower level typically is 67-70 degrees and VERY low humidity all year long, should help you stay comfy, even in the summer. The temperature drops of 20 - 40 degrees on any given night also makes sleeping with open windows a special treat. Fresh, crisp mountain air is something we never had in Texas....so we are living proof that there are a few amazing places where you still CAN live without AirCon. ;-D
