Through the canyon you’ll quickly get to Pineview Reservoir & choice of SnowBasin, Powder Mountain & Nordic Valley ski resorts 3 bedrooms, one w/KING, 2 bathrooms, 2tvs, foosball. Enjoy the HOT TUB year round! The space Entire house that is walkable to downtown. It’s a cute 1927 house that has been completely updated. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, with complimentary coffee, tea, and creamer on hand for you. Bathrooms are also stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, q-tips, cotton balls, hair dryer. Laundry room in basement has soap and dryer sheets. There are some cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink in case you need it as well as spot cleaner for those just in case moments. The hot tub is open for your use year round 24/7. It is inspected after each booking and maintenanced on a weekly basis on Wednesdays. Lawn during landscape months is mowed weekly. The trash is taken out by the cleaners post stay and taken back in back in to the unlocked shed by my cute little neighbor kids (getting paid for a little job ;)). The two tvs are smart TVs where it is connected to WiFi and you can log in to your own account for Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. The home internet box is in the front room corner, if ever you need to find the WiFi name and password just turn it over on bottom where is it posted. Also if you need to reset it for any reason on, unplug, wait, and plug back in. The home is convenient for location. Located in the downtown residential area of Ogden. So you have nice homes next door, open lot across the street, apartment around the corner and an elementary school a block away. Guest access Entire house, driveway, yard.
