Access from Calle Larga and river too The space Our studio apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is ideal for a single person wishing to stay for an open period, or for a couple staying for up to 2 months. Besides the internal apartment space, the common roof top terrace and solarium offer a great complementary space. Our location couldn't be better, we are surrounded by restaurants, museums and the Tomebamba river down below for lovely walks. The main square is only 2 blocks away, so we are in the heart of the Old Town and where everything happens in town... Guest access The common areas in the building are a lovely roof top terrace and glass covered solarium which overlooks the Tomebamba river down below, the new town and surrounding mountains. We also have an inner courtyard with barbecue facilities with seating area to read and relax. We have a laundry room with washer and dryer for the use of our guests. Other things to note If renting for 7 days or less, we kindly ask our guest for an additional cost of $30 for cleaning services to be paid at arrival. The only thing you need in our apartments is to buy your own food, as everything else is included.
