It is a small, nice and quiet apartment situated in the popular Kalamaja district. Apartment has one room and a small kitchenette, a shower and a toilet. It is a light apartment surrounded by greenery. Only a short 10 -12 minutes walk to Old City. Only a short 10 -12 minutes walk to Old City. Just a few minutes walk to Telliskivi Loomelinnak with all it’s amazing cafes and restaurants, interesting happenings and a market. You can take the tram to the airport, harbour, bus station, city center. The space Apartment has living room with a queen-size bed. There is a desk with lamp. In the kitchenett is microwave, stove with 2 plates, small refigerator with freezer. In the bathroom/toilet there are no sink. Sink is in the kitchenette. Apartment is in old house,. Towels, sheets, blankets etc. are provided. Apartment has it's own fast wireless internet, HD TV with digital channels. Use of washing machine and ironing facilities are available. Coffee, tea and sugar are provided. Guest access Whole apartment is at your disposal. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment building. The apartment is not intended for social events. There are fee 150€ for smoking or social event. For losing the keys you have to pay 50 €.
