Welcome to Locklies Innlet; a peaceful, quaint, waterfront cottage, nestled in a protected, deep water haven along with neighbor Regent Point Marina. A perfect place for total relaxation, connection with nature, family bonding, or even a refreshed opportunity for remote work. For water enthusiasts, Locklies Innlet provides 4 kayaks for exploration through calm waters, for crabbing; a large dock with crab pots, and for the anglers the green lights will bring in the keepers right off the dock. The space A beautifully refurbished cottage, combining the history of the bay with modern amenities. Completely surrounded by water on its own peninsula. Three bedrooms and a large enclosed porch offer spectacular sunrise and sunset glows. All bedrooms have gorgeous water views. Wildlife abound in all directions as you seem to be settled on calm waters where you may be even lucky enough to be visited by dolphin just yards away from your combined kitchen and great room attached to a large enclosed porch. Guest access The property provides enviable privacy yet access to innumerable activities - 4 kayaks, crabbing equipment, easy access dock, fishing, birdwatching. Our outdoor fireplace and grill allow for preparation of your own daily harvest from your waterways. Plenty of space provided for much needed rest in and out of the weather. The boat on the lift belongs to the host and unfortunately is not available to guests. Occasionally the host will offer gratis boating outings - please inquire any time. Other things to note For a unique aerial perspective of the Northern Neck , Bay Aviation 0.7 miles away, provides scenic plane rides! For added convenience, we are walking distance from the Oyster Tasting Room at the Merroir Restaurant, and the Prime Mediterranean Restaurant is only a two minute drive, please check our guide book for all the local information.
