Whatever the occasion, this perfect home won't disappoint! The space Large bungalow, with 4 bedrooms and one large master bedroom with an office. Two full bathrooms one with stand up shower the other with a tub. some toys available for kids. full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, blender and all kitchen utensils. Two gorgeous living areas and a large dining table. Outdoor patio with fire pit, patio set, loungers for relaxing, and bar. Guest access Guests can use all accessible rooms and spaces of the house, backyard seating area, bar, loungers and firepit. Other things to note Fire Place in Family room is not functional, please do not use. Refrigerator in master bedroom is not for guest use. Please use refrigerator in kitchen only. We do not allow large parties, events, excessive outdoor noise, DJ's, Speakers. Absolutely no smoking inside the house, vape is okay. For outdoor heater use, please bring your own propane tank(s). We do provide pillows, towels, paper towel, toilet paper. We can provide all bedding for an extra fee. Otherwise, please bring your pillow covers, sheets and covers for a more comfortable stay.
