Indoor pool heated to 29°C with a view of the forest, large rooms, Sonos system, MyCanal, Prime Video and Netflix: everything is in place for an exceptional stay. Ideal for 12 people, with 4Bd, linen and welcome products provided. Rooms and sleeping arrangements: - ** Ethnic Room (master suite)**: Double bed 160 cm - ** Asian bedroom/office (pool view)**: new quality sofa bed 140 cm - ** Sologne Room **: 1 double bed 140 cm + 2 single beds 90 cm - ** Beauval Room **: 2 double beds 140 cm All beds are made for your arrival, and each guest has two hand towels, one of 50 x 90 cm and one of 90 x 150 cm (for indoor use only). We will take care of the cleaning at the end of your stay. A unique asset: the indoor pool: Enjoy a swimming pool heated to 29°C all year round, with stunning views of the surrounding forest. This space is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or sharing moments with family and friends. The pool is also equipped with **Sonos multiroom** system, allowing you to listen to your favorite music while enjoying swimming. Guest access You will have access to the entire villa except the garage and cellar, access to which will be locked. The dressing room of the Ethnic room, as well as the lockers of the Asia room/office and the closets of the laundry room will also be inaccessible and identified by "Private" labels Other things to note - Checkouts are scheduled for 11am and check-ins are at 5pm. If you would like to extend and/or advance your stay beyond these hours, this may be possible subject to availability and a surcharge of €25 per hour. Please let me know in advance so I can get organized. - Your groceries stored in fridges / freezers and cabinets upon your arrival! This service is offered from €30, you just have to place an order on the drive site of Super U Selles-sur-Cher (30€) or the Drive de Leclerc Romorantin (€35) and give me the order number.
